PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
The Local Government Unit of Barangay Dumarag, Municipality of Pastrana, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100,000) being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) payment under the contract for the Purchase and Installation of Solar Street Lights

Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening that will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM

A complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 500)

Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before October 31, 2024/ at 10:00 am/ BAC Office.
At Barangay Hall, Barangay Dumarag, Pastrana, Leyte all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB.

Bids will be opened on October 31, 2024/10:00 am BAC office in the presence of the bidder"s representative who chose to attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Please provide the documents not provided by the committee as required in the checklist of eligibility, technical and financial envelope requirements.
2. Reference clock will be the Barangay clock
3. All bidding Documents must be countersigned by the bidder.
