Description

The Municipality of San Francisco, Southern Leyte, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following project:

Name of Project : CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEM AROUND MRF AREA
Description : SEE ATTACHED PLAN AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Location : BARANGAY GABI, SAN FRANCISCO, SOUTHERN LEYTE
ABC : 1,136,514.45
Duration : 70 CALENDAR DAYS
Source of Fund : SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2, 2024 (20%)

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Schedule of BAC activities are as follows:

The BAC will issue bidding documents to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount of Php 5,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.

The Municipality of San Francisco assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
