INVITATION TO BID
Barangay V - Pagpartian, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible suppliers to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Contract: IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY FACILITIES
Location: Barangay V - Pagpartian, Vigan City
Approved Budget for the Contract ₱223,000.00
Prospective bidders should possess all Licenses and Permits applicable to the contract, and have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50%
of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The
BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of
Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
The schedule of BAC activities is as follows:
BAC Activities Schedule
1. Issuance of Bid Documents from August 7-14, 2024 until before the opening of bids (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
2. Opening of Technical & Financial Proposal August 15, 2024 @ 2:00 PM
3. Bid Evaluation August 16, 2024
4. Post Qualification August 17, 2024
5. Approval of Resolution and Issuance of Notice of Award August 18, 2024
6. Contract Preparation and Signing August 19, 2024
7. Notice to Proceed August 20, 2024
The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at BAC OFFICE, Vigan City upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a
non-refundable amount of ₱500.00 to the Treasurer of Barangay V - Pagpartian, Vigan City. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements
to the BAC at the said address. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.
The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to the eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount ₱500.00
to the Treasurer of Barangay V - Pagpartian, Vigan City.
Barangay V - Pagpartian assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the
Bid.
