PURCHASE OF GENERAL MERCHANDISE
The Local Government Unit of Barangay 62, Sagkhan, Tacloban City intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 110,000.00) being the
approved Budget for the Contact (ABC) payment under the contract for the Purchase of General Merchandise
Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure
using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as
"Government Procurement Act".
Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM
and 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
A complete set of Bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders from the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the
Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS
(Php 500)
Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before July 15, 2024/ at 11:00 AM/ BAC Office.
At Barangay Hall, Barangay 62, Sagkahan. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any
of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.
Bids will be opened on July 22, 2024/at 11:00a.m /BAC Office in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the address given
below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Local Government Unit of Barangay 62, Sagkahan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at
any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
