The DARPO-Occidental Mindoro through its BAC intends to procure GOODS in accordance with Section Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement -Goods (ICT Equipment) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No 9184.

(1) Prospective supplier shall accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation (Annex “A”) not later than 18th day of June, 2024 at 10:00 AM and may be submitted manually at BAC, 2nd Floor., Andros Patrick Bldg., Brgy. San Roque, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

(2) Price Quotation must be valid for the period of three (3) months or ninety (90) calendar days from the date submitted.

(3) Award of contract shall be made to the lowest calculated responsive quotation (for goods & services) which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other items and condition stated herein.

(4) Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the supplier or his/her duty authorized representative/s.

(5) The Bids and Awards Committee of DAR upon delivery shall inspect and/ or test the goods to confirm their conformity to the technical specifications required.

(6) Liquidated damages equivalent to one tenth of one percent (0.001%) of the value of the goods not delivered within prescribed delivery period shall be imposed per day of delay. The BAC shall rescind the contract once the cumulative amount of liquidated damages reaches ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract, without prejudice to the other courses of action and remedies open to it.

(7) DAR Occidental Mindoro reserves the right to accept or reject any price offer, and to annul the procurement process and reject all offers at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected supplier/s.

(8) All items above the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) are considered disqualified/non-responsive.
