INVITATION TO BID

The Barangay Government Unit of Zone II, Poblacion, Atimonan, Quezon thru the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested suppliers/contractors to apply for eligibility screening and if subsequently found eligible to bid for INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTING SYSTEM AND REHAB OF STREETLIGHTS.

APPROVED BUDGET CONTRACT Php 222,335.00

Only suppliers duly registered and accredited with the Barangay Government Unit of Zone II, Poblacion, Atimonan, Quezon may be allowed to participate in the submission of eligibility requirements. Unregistered and unaccredited suppliers may register with the Barangay Government Unit of Zone II, Poblacion, Atimonan, Quezon,

The place of the bidding activities shall be at the Barangay Hall Compound, on the following schedule.

1. Pre-bid conference shall be made prior to the opening of bids.
2. Opening of bids shall be on June 18, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., at Brgy.Zone II Poblacion, Atimonan,Quezon.

All particulars relative to post-qualification/eligibility, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference, bid opening, bid evaluation and award shall be governed by the provision of RA 9184, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The Barangay Government Unit of Zone II Atimonan, Quezon assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any excuse that they may incur in the preparation of bids. The Barangay Government of Poblacion II, Atimonan also reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any defects found therein and to accept the bid that most advantageous to the government.
