1. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar, now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT 10 WHEELER TRUCK FOR LGU VILLAREAL (MDRRMO) which has an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (4,200,000.00)

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to Filipino citizens.


3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Chairperson, and inspect the Bidding Documents within the period September 15 to October 4, 2023 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee, LGU Villareal, Samar.
4. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 22, 2023 at 2:00PM at the Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar which shall be open to all interested parties.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (2,000.00)
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 5, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. at the Office of the BAC, Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar. All bids must be accomplished by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB.
7. Bids will be opened on October 5, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Municipal Hall, Villareal, Samar in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
8. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incoming any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
