Request for Quotation for
Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for ELJ Memorial College 14th Commencement Exercises

July 11, 2023


1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2023, intends to apply the sum of Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos (P 96,660.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Meals and Snacks for ELJ Memorial College 14th Commencement Exercises. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one (1) calendar day from receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Procurement Documents may be acquired by interested Suppliers from July 11-14, 2023, from the address given below during office hours and it may also be downloaded free of charge from the PhilGEPS website.

4. Sealed quotations must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before July 14, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. Late quotations shall not be accepted.

Opening of quotations shall be on July 14, 2023, at 9:00 A.M, at the address given below. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

5. The PGNE reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not to award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
