INVITATION TO BID- 41

PROCUREMENT/ACQUISITION MOBILE KITCHEN VEHICLE

1. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, Through 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of Six million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6,100,000.00) broken down as follows:

Brand New : Six Wheeler Custom made mobile kitchen mounted on a cab and
Chassis ready to deploy mobile kitchen with built in water, fuel,
ventilation and Electrical systems all stainless steel interior and cabinets
Engine: Euro 4 Diesel 4 cylinder
Displacement: 4,099

Php 6,100,000.00
Total ABC Php 6,100,000.00
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement/Acquisition Mobile Kitchen Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement/Acquisition Mobile Kitchen Vehicle and Schedule of Delivery Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days : Bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid, in the case of Expendable Supplies; Said SLCC must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at
the address given below form 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from May 06,2023 to June 19,2023.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on May 06, 2023 to May
June 19, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the
Bidding Documents pursuant to the Guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of Php 10,000.00. At
Municipal Treasurer’s Office –LGU-Tagoloan, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the
Bidding Documents.

6. The Municipal government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on May 19,
, 2023 at 11:00 O’clock in the morning at Municipal Conference Room, Ground Floor Municipal Hall
Building, Poblacion Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental,

7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 1:00 O’clock in the Afternoon on June 19, 2023. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid Opening shall be on 1:00 O’clock in the Afternoon May 31 2023 at the Municipal Conference Room Ground Floor, Municipal Hall Building- Poblacion, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above. Late bids shall not be accepted.

8. The Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental reserves the right to accept or reject any all bids,
Declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
