Invitation to Bid for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT ZONE 1, SAN JOSE, MINALABAC, CAMARINES SUR

1. BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, through 20% BDF C/Y 2022 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (Php 89,775.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT ZONE 1, SAN JOSE, MINALABAC, CAMARINES SUR

. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY ROAD AT ZONE 1, SAN JOSE, MINALABAC, CAMARINES SUR
. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Three Hundred Pesos (P 300.00).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00nn of MAY 25, 2023 at the BAC Secretariat Office, BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Cam. Sur. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

7. To be eligible to bid for this Contract, contractors must submit Three (3) copies (One (1) original copy and Two (2) photocopies) of Bidding Documents and such must be in accordance with the Philippine Bidding Document, Procurement of Goods and Services (2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184).

8. The Procurement Activities are as follows:

Issuance of Bid Documents: MAY 18-24, 2023 (8:00am-5:00pm) and MAY 25, 2023 (8:00am-12:00nn)at the Barangay Hall of BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur.

Submission of Bids: Until MAY 25, 2023 (12:00 nn) at the BAC Secretariat Office (Barangay Hall of BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur.)

Opening of Bids: MAY 25, 2023 (2:00 pm) at the Barangay Hall of BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur.

9. BLGU-SAN JOSE, Minalabac, Camarines Sur reserves the right to accept or reject/any or all bid and to annul the bidding process any time before contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
