INVITATION TO BID
The Barangay Government of Sahud -Ulan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors with and classified by the Philippine Contractors
Accredited Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and to bid for hereunder project:
Name of Project : CONCRETING OF ROAD (LEON B. FOJAS ST.)
Location : Barangay Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite
ABC : Php 640,667.11
Delivery Period : Seventeen (17) calendar days
Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with value of at least 50% of the ABC
and have hey personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Form) available for the prosecution of the contract.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post
Qualification and awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of “RA 9184” and its implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR)

The Barangay Government of Sahud-Ulan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time
prior to award of contract, waive any defects therein, and accept offers most advantageous to the Government, without thereby incurring any liabilities
whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids and obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of ground(s)
for the BAC’s action.
