Request for Expression of Interest for The Hiring of a Procurement Specialist/Individual Consultant for Component A (Flood Management of Kachhi Plain) Under BWSPIP

Project ID: P179227

The Government of Balochistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Flood Management of Kachhi Plain under the Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (BWSPIP), and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments to hire the services of motivated, experienced, and energetic individual to work with the BID-PIU as Procurement Specialist/Individual Consultant.

The Government of Balochistan, represented by the Project Director, BID-PIU (FMKP-BWSPIP), now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide detailed CVs describing that they are qualified to perform the services as per the criteria defined in the document titled “Terms of Reference & Required Qualification,” which can be downloaded from the project website by following the link http://www.biwrmdp.org.pk.

The EOIs/CVs should be received by email at procurementengineerbwspip@gmail.com on or before April 17, 2026.

Consultant will be selected following the procedures set out in “The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Fifth Edition, September 2023” for the selection of Individual Consultants. The prospective consultants/experts are required to submit their Curriculum Vitae, best describing their qualifications and competence to undertake the assignment.
