BENAZIR INCOME SUPPORT PROGRAMME (BISP)

(INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES)

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Government of Pakistan, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program”. BISP intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to engage the services of Individual Consultants under the CRISP Program, which is funded by the World Bank;

• The Consultant shall be selected in accordance with the method contained in Section VII, paragraphs,7.36 and 7.37 of the “World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016 [Revised November 2017 and August 2018] (“WB Procurement Regulations”), which can be perused at the website: https://projects.worldbank.org/en/projects-operations/products-and-services/brief/procurement-new-framework
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. T.A/D.A will not be admissible.
• Remuneration would be negotiable commensurating to qualification and experience of the candidate.
• The attention of interested eligible Individual Consultants is drawn to Section III. Paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016, [Revised November 2017 and August 2018] (“WB Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
• Applications must be submitted online through BISP’s official website (www.bisp.gov.pk) within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement.
• Applicants are required to complete the prescribed “Online Application Form” and upload a detailed, updated CV.
• Applications received via postal/courier service, email, or by hand will not be entertained.
• The last date to apply for the post is 23rd March, 2026.
