REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the World Bank for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Rehabilitation of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes under KP-RIISP, District Bajaur.

The PIU PHED KP-RIISP, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites quotations from eligible contractors, for following Contract Packages for Rehabilitation of Existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes Under KP-RIISP, District Bajaur.

Detailed drawings, specifications, quantities and TORs are provided in RFQs/Bidding Document available in the office of undersigned and can be downloaded free of cost from the website: https://www.phedkp.gov.pk/ . Bidders may also obtain bidding documents from the office of the undersigned at a fee of Rs: 15,000/- payable through cash.

Pre-bid Meeting shall be held on 4th March 2026 at 1000 hours at PD PIU PHED Office Plot No.40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad Peshawar.

The Request for Quotation offer and accompanying documents must reach to the office of Project Director, PIU PHED, KP-RIISP, Plot No.40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, through courier or authorized representative not later than 16th March , 2026 – 1200 PST and Shall be opened on the same date at 12:30 hrs. in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present.

The Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above, for each contract package in the shape of unconditional Bank Guarantee, CDR or pay order in the name of “Project Director PIU Public Health Engineering Department, GoKP Peshawar”.

All other Terms and conditions mentioned in the RFQ documents will be applicable.

This office reserves the right to accept or reject all the submitted quotations as per World Bank Procurement Regulations
