• Government of the Punjab has received Credit No. 7735-PK from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Punjab Clean Air Program. PCAP is a flagship initiative by the Government of Punjab, supported by the World Bank. It aims to reduce ambient air pollution - especially PM 2.5 - by addressing emission sources in the transport, agriculture, and industrial sectors. PCAP also includes behavioral change programs, capacity building, and regulatory reforms aligned with national climate and environmental strategies.
• CMU-PCAP intends to hire Communication & Digital Marketing Firm under Framework Contract and invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the said services. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a Request for Bids (RFBs) and open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations.
• Bidding Documents can be downloaded from the website https://pcap.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must deliver to the address given below on or before 1100 hours on 26th February, 2026. All bids will open publicly on same date at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders’ representative who choose to attend.
• All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Rs. 3,000,000/- in shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in the name of Program Director, Coordination & Monitoring Unit, Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP) Planning & Development Board.
