The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has received credit from World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program (KPRM&PRMP). The project intends to use part of the proceeds to procure ArcGIS Pro for Board of Revenue (BOR), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the ArcGIS Pro as per details given below:

Terms & Conditions:

• The bidders must be Sales Tax and Income Tax registered and must be on active Taxpayer list of FBR.
• The bidder must be authorized representative of the manufacturer.
• The bidder must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi Govt organization in Pakistan and no litigation is under way by any organization.
• Quotation must be singed and stamped.
• Firm will be responsible for providing support services.
• Non-Compliance of any of the above will result in rejection of bid.

Procurement Process will be conducted through RFQ method as specified in World Bank Bank’s Procurement Regulations .The attention of interested bidders is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

The last date of bid submission is January 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on same day in the presence of bidders’ representative who chooses to attend at 02:15 PM at the address given below.

The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices including all applicable taxes as no negotiations will be allowed at later stage. Incomplete and late bids will not be entertained.
