Dear Consultant,

The National Health Support Program (NHSP), financed by the World Bank through its Investment Project Financing (IPF) component, intends to engage the services of a qualified Individual Consultant for the position of Surveillance & Research Specialist.

In accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, and considering your expertise and relevant professional background, you are hereby invited to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for this assignment. The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) are attached for your review.

Interested applicants are requested to submit the following documents:

• An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) clearly highlighting relevant qualifications and experience.
• Scanned copies of educational and professional experience certificates.
• Confirmation of availability to undertake the assignment at the earliest.
