Invitation Request For Quotations

Reference No. STEP-PK-NHSP SINDH-513255-GO-RFQ, Procurement of IT Equipment - Gadgets for Implementation of Daily Reporting DHIS-2 for two Pilot Districts.

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

• The Health Department Government of Sindh (Hereinafter Called Borrowers) has financing from International Development Association (IDA) (The world Bank) in the form of credit No IDA 7149-PK (hereinafter called credit) through Project ID No P172615 towards the cost of strengthen Primary Health Care (PHC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract.

• The Program Management Unit (PMU) of National Health Support Program (NHSP) for SINDH invites sealed quotations from suppliers for the “Goods & Related Services Like: Procurement of IT Equipment / Gadgets for Implementation of Daily Reporting DHIS-2 described in Annex 1: Purchaser’s Requirements, attached in the RFQ documents. This procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) method as followed outlined in the world Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in September 2023, updated February 2025.

• The interested suppliers quote their competitive prices and to get the RFQ documents free of cost from the PMU office as below mentioned address or can be download from official website www.nhsp.gos.pk

• Request for Quotation

The document collect & issuing date and time: from: 1st to 7th October, 2025 during office time 9am to 5pm

• Price of Quotation

The price of the Goods & related services quoted in Pak Rupees Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), including Income sales tax and other taxes which will be payable

• Validity of Quotation

The Quotation / Offers shall be valid until (30 day,)

• Delivery of Goods

Within (60) days after notification of award.

• Submission of Quotation

Quotations are to be submitted in the form attached at Annex 1, Annex-2 & Annex-3 in the sealed envelope RFQ method e.g. before or on due date and time: 8th, October, 2025, 11-30 AM
