• The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payment of Procurement of High-Resolution Satellite /Aerial Imagery for Phase-1 Districts.
• The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having relevant experience for supply of “Procurement of High-Resolution Satellite /Aerial Imagery for Phase-1 Districts”.
• Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using international market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website.
• The bidding document in English language may be downloaded by interested eligible Bidders from the website: https://pulse.gop.pk/. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on 1100 hours (Pakistan Standard Time), November 05, 2025 in PIU, PULSE office which may be attended virtually through Zoom on request at pspiupulse@punjab-zameen.gov.pk.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours (Pakistan Standard Time), 19th November 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below immediately after submission of the bids. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 5,000,000/- in shape of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee.
• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
