Contract Title: Hiring of Graphic Design Firm for Provincial Launch of SAMR System

• School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Event Management Firm for “Video Documentary on Provincial Launch of Student Attendance Monitoring Redress (SAMR) System” under RFQ.
• The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh, is inviting scaled quotations for the Procurement of Event Management Firm for “Video Documentary on Provincial Launch of Student Attendance Monitoring Redress (SAMR) System”PMIU SELECT RSU under RFQ.
• Interested bidders/Contractors are required to submit their quotations based on the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. The RFQ document can be obtained by submitting a written request to the provided address or downloaded from the website http://rsu-sindh.goc.pk, where the notice is also available.
• Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure as specified in the World Bank "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 (Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018)
• Quotations must be delivered to the following address on or before 24 October 2025 at 16:00 PM PST. Late quotations will be rejected.
• Submission of quotations in electronic format is not allowed. Quotations must be submitted through physical means
