Request for Quotations

The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the procurement of following softwares:

• Jira Software Cloud Premium (20 Users).
• Jira Service Management Cloud Premium (05 Users).
• Bitbucket Premium (20 Users).
• Atlassian Guard Standard (20 Users).

The quotations are invited from well reputed registered Firms / Companies having NTN and Sales tax Registration for the supply of above-mentioned softwares. The complete quotations along with all required documents as requested in the RFQ must reach this office by November 05, 2025 till 11:00 AM. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened.

Request for Quotations (RFQ) document can be obtained from this office during office working hours or downloaded from the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project’s website: https://pulse.gop.pk/ free of cost.

Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –November-2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Firms / Companies are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. The Quotations shall be valid for a period as specified in the Request for Quotations document. Interested bidders may obtain further information from below mentioned address.
