The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program (KPRMP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit under the contract for the Procurement of IT Equipment’s through Request for Bids as per detail given below:

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program (KPRMP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of I.T Equipment.

Bidding will be conducted through a One Envelope Bidding Process following National Market Approach using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Regulation for IPF Borrowers July 2016 (Revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020) and is open to all the eligible bidders as defined in the aforementioned Regulations.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Project Director, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program (KPRMP) during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below or can be downloaded from the “Downloads Section” of www.kprmp.gov.pk

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 14 October, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the office of the Project Director, KPRMP at the address given below. Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before 3.00 PM on November 9, 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders and anyone who chooses to attend at the address given below at 3:15 PM on the same day.

Bids must be accompanied by a 2% of bid security in PKR in form of irrevocable unconditional bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan or a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).

The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
