REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Project Management Unit - Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP) under the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, is implementing education initiatives: Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services (GRADES) in Balochistan and System Transformation of Early Education Project (STEP)-Balochistan. The projects aim to improve access to education and enhance foundational learning, with a strong focus on early childhood and primary education, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for hiring the services of Individual Consultants.

PMU-BESP invites experienced candidates having relevant experience/qualification from HEC’s recognized institutions to indicate their interest in providing the consultancy services in the following fields. Interested candidates should provide information indicating that they are eligible as per the following criteria:

Specialist Public Private Partnership in Education (01)

Master’s degree (sixteen years of Education) in Education, Engineering, Supply Chain/ Procurement Management, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 10 years of professional experience in education partnerships, PPP development, education financing, or related areas. Proven expertise in developing and managing PPP frameworks in education or related sectors. Experience in working with education foundations, community-based schools, or similar institutions. Strong understanding of education governance, school financing, and equity issues in developing contexts. Experience working with government institutions and donor-funded projects
