Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (Пакистан - Тендер #67140669)

The Project Management Unit - Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP) under the School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, is implementing education initiatives: GRADES and STEP-Balochistan. The projects aim to improve access to education and enhance foundational learning, with a strong focus on early childhood and primary education, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for hiring the services of Individual Consultants.

PMU-BESP invites experienced candidates with relevant experience/qualification from recognized institutions to express their interest in providing consultancy services in the following fields. ICT Specialist (01)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 Years of Education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Minimum Seven (7) years of designing and managing ICT and MIS projects

Proven experience with system development life cycle (SDLC), relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL), and data visualization tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Dot Net, or PHP.

Experience in managing/ dealing with Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity practices, AI-related interventions, and ERP systems
