• The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit – Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for printing of ECCE Activity Books.

• The PMIU-PESRP, PHCIP now invites sealed bids (lot-wise) from eligible bidders having relevant experience for the printing of ECCE Student Activity Books as per details given below:

• Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national competitive market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised in November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 & February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the website.
• The complete set of bidding documents (Free of Cost) in English language may be downloaded from the website: https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1130 hours September 04, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on September 04, 2025 immediately.

• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security @ 2% of the bid price in shape of unconditional bank guarantee / call deposit receipt (CDR) / pay order (PO) / Banker’s Cheque in the name of Programme Director, PMIU-PESRP.

• “Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document”.
