INTEGRATED FLOOD RESILIENCE AND ADAPTATION PROJECT(IFRAP)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SELECTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFEGUARDS SPECIALIST /INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT

The Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by the Government of Balochistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Program (IFRAP) Project. It intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments to hire the services of motivated, experienced, and energetic individual to work with the Project Implementation Unit as Environmental Safeguards Specialist /Individual Consultant.

The Government of Balochistan, represented by the Project Director, PIU-IFRAP (Component-I), now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide detailed CVs describing that they are qualified to perform the services as per the criteria defined in the document titled “Terms of Reference”, which can be downloaded from the project website by following the link http://www.ifrappius.org.pk.

Eligible candidates who meet the required criteria are encouraged to submit their EOI/CVs along with a cover letter via the mentioned link https://forms.gle/iRo7Y6RxTqQUtKEz9 by 28th August 2025. The individual consultant will be selected following the Open Competitive Selection Process stipulated in “World Bank: Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services”, November 2020. The prospective consultants/experts are required to submit their Curriculum Vitae, best describing their qualifications and competence to undertake the assignment.
