• The Provincial Government of Sindh has received a credit from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP) under Credit No. IDA-72500-PK and intent to apply a part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for the consulting services activity Hiring of Consultant for Technological Options, Costing and Feasibility Study for Rural Water and Sanitation Solutions in Sindh
• The SFERP now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing their Consultancy Services, to undertake the assignments mentioned above under Para-1.
• Interested Consulting Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required track record and relevant experience to perform the Services. The detail qualification and other requirements are given in Terms of References (TORs). Detailed TORs can be downloaded from the following website. https://sferp.gos.pk/
• The attention of interested Consulting firms is drawn towards World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2020. (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
• Consulting firm may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture (JV) or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
• A Consulting firms will be selected in accordance with the Cost and Qualification Based Selection (CQS) method.
• Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be delivered in a written form to the address below in hard form on or before 04th August, 2024 before closing hours.
