 Familiarity with national regulations concerning land acquisition and resettlement in Pakistan is highly desirable.
 Annual Average turnover of up to Rs. 20 million over the past three (3) years from Audit Report.

HIRING OF CONSULTANT FOR THIRD PARTY COMPLIANCE AUDIT OF THE RESETTLEMENT OF FORT COLONY PREVIOUSLY LOCATED AT AKBARI GATE, LAHORE FORT

PWCA invites proposals from the Consultancy firms for providing services for Third Party Audit for Resettlement of Fort Colony at Akbari Gate, Lahore Fort.
Objective: The primary objective of this assignment is to engage an independent audit / consultant firm to conduct a comprehensive Resettlement Audit of the Fort Colony resettlement process. This audit briefly aims to:
- Ascertain whether the resettlement and compensation process for approximately 46 households, formerly residing within the Fort Colony near Akbari Gate was carried out in accordance with national regulations, AFD"s E&S Policy, UNESCO’s guidelines for people living within the Heritage site for relocation purpose and World Bank"s ESS5
- Identify any non-conformities and propose a comprehensive remediation plan.

Selection Method: Method for selection of Consultant / Technical Controller shall be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with Single Stage Two Envelope procedure following international bidding process.
