The Advertisement for REQUEST FOR BID [RFB] was published in “The Daily Express dated 02-June-2025 and The Daily Pakistan dated 03-June-2025 vide IPL No. 2316 for Hiring of Firm to Broadcast the Drama Serial on Family Planning for Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP).

Last date to apply has been extended from 17-June-2025 to 27-June-2025. Request for BID [RFB] may be downloaded from Health & Population Department website (https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/Home/Tenders).

All other “Terms & Conditions” shall remain the same.

SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE (SPN)

The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 7384-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Hiring of Firm to Broadcast the Drama Serial on Family Planning.

The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hiring of Firm To Broadcast the Drama Serial on Family Planning.

Bidding will be conducted through Open-National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - Two Envelope, with Rated Criteria competitive procurement using Request for Bids - Non-consulting Services SPD as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PMU Office, Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP), 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours and before the deadline of bid submission.

The Bidding document in English may be obtained from the office of undersigned during office hours before the deadline of bid submission or can be download from the website (https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/Home/Tenders). Any firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to disqualification and/or legal action.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 02% with Technical Proposal/offer/bid of the estimated cost in favor of Program Director Punjab Family Planning Program in the form of irrevocable CDR / Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank.

Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the bidders by hand or through courier on [17th June 2025 till 1600 hours] positively in the office of the undersigned. The bids received till stipulated dated and time shall be opened on the same day at 1600 hours in the presence of the bidders on their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will be rejected.
