HIRING OF CONSULTANT / TECHNICAL CONTROLLER FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW PMU OFFICE BUILDING

PWCA established under the Walled City of Lahore Bill 2011 by the Provincial Assembly of Punjab, is responsible for overseeing the conservation of heritage sites, managing urban regeneration, and enhancing tourism in the Walled City of Lahore. PWCA is in process of hiring Contractor for establishment of its project office adjacent to Lahore Fort, for the above-mentioned project, supervision of which will be made in-house by PMU-HURL, PWCA.

PWCA, hereby invites proposals from the Consultancy firms for providing services for the establishment of its new PMU Office Building. The brief description of the scope of services is provided below, where the Consultant is required to certify the implementation of:
1. Security of Goods and People
2. Solidity of Installations
3. Conformity of Electrical Works delivered
4. Health & Safety Protection
5. Accessibility to Disabled Persons
6. Fire Hazard & Mitigation Measures

Method for selection of Consultant / Technical Controller shall be Least Cost Selection (LCS) with Single Stage Two Envelop procedure as per international bidding process.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) including the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR), can be accessed from the website of PPRA (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx) or AFD DG Market (http://afd.dgmarket.com/) and can be received as soft copy from the office of the PMU-HURL, PWCA. Proposals that are incomplete, not signed and stamped, late, or submitted by other than a specified mode will not be considered.
Proposals, duly signed and stamped and complete in all aspects be submitted in a written form to the address below by or before 10:30 AM dated August 01, 2025.
