REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR SYSTEM FOR GOVERNMENT BOYS HIGH SCHOOL SHAHDEZAI HANNA URAK QUETTA

• The Government of Balochistan (GOB) has received financing from the World Bank toward Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project (BHCIP) (P166380), and intends to apply the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments for which this Request for Quotations is issued. This procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotation as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services” (July 2016) revised November 2017 and August 2018.
• You are invited to submit your price quotation(s) for “PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR SYSTEM FOR GOVERNMENT BOYS HIGH SCHOOL SHAHDEZAI HANNA URAK QUETTA” for Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project: as per required specifications/requirements mentioned in Section III. You must quote for all the items under this Invitation. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the requirements together and Contract will be awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost.
• Your quotation(s) must be marked “PROCUREMENT OF SOLAR SYSTEM FOR GOVERNMENT BOYS HIGH SCHOOL SHAHDEZAI HANNA URAK QUETTA”, PMU BHCIP, House No 74-A, Chaman Housing Scheme, Airport Road Quetta.
• Interested Bidders may obtain Request for Quotation document from office of the Project Director, BHCIP (Education) during office hours i.e. 10:00 to 15:00 hours in working days at the address given below
• The deadline for receipt & submission of your quotation(s) is before 10:00 am dated 26th May, 2025.
• Your quotation should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogue(s) and other printed material or pertinent information for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing after sales service facilities in Pakistan incase applicable.
• RFQ cannot be electronically submitted. It must be delivered in hard at office address otherwise will be considered non responsive.
