MBBS With / or Master in Health Policy Management/ Public Health / Health Care & Hospital Management or Equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in health services delivery , public Health Program development or program implementation is essential.

Knowledge of relevant health regulations and health system.

Must have a computer knowledge with research and analytical skills. Understanding of Health department and health systems is essential.

Surveillance and Research Specialist. PPS-09

01

MBBS With / Master in Health Policy Management/ Public Health / Epidemiology / Biostatistics. or Equivalent.

He / She Should 10 years of releted in Health Program research and Surveillance .

Ability to use SPSS, SAS, STATA, Or equvalent program.

Good command of writen and spoken english with an equalty good command over communication report writting and analytical skills.

Communication Specialist. PPS-09

01

Masters in Media, Communications, Public Administration, or related Administrative or Social Sciences.

12 years of relevant experience in government or non-governmental organization

Must have a skills in developing and promoting health messages, including SBCC/ IEC material.

Financial Management Specialist. PPS-09

01

Master Degree in Finance/Economics preferably ACCA/CA/ICMA.

At least 10 years experience in Financial Management, Audit or accounts. Prior experience of donor funded and public sector projects will be accorded due weightage.

Must have a computer knowledge with developing finanial demand and expendutre plan as well as knoowldge of public audit and account control.

Good command over written and spoken english with equily good command over communication, financial report writing and analyitcal skills.

Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist.

PPS-09

Masters in Statistics/ Economics/Social Sciences/Public Health or Public Administration / Management Sciences. Or equivalent.

10 years of relevant experience in government or non-governmental organization.

Must have a computer knowledge with monitoring, evaluation and research skills. ability to use SPSS, SAS, STATA, Or equvalent program.

Good command over writen and spoken englih with equally good command over communication, report writting and analytical skills.

Gender / Cum Training Specialist. PPS-09

01

Masters in Gender Studies/Sociology/Anthropology.

10 years of relevant experience in government or non-governmental organizations.

Knowledge and experience in gender base violence, Grievence Management and Violence agansit womens / girls will be consider and asset.

Must have a computer knowledge with developing gender specific strategy and training plan.
