The Islamic Republic of Pakistan (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan (hereinafter called “loan”) toward the cost of Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). The Ministry of Energy (Power Division), an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract under the contract for Procurement of 2nd Tier ERP (perpetual licenses & media) installation, development, customization for migration of Existing Software, implementation, commissioning, training, support and Related Services at PPIB, for which this Request for Quotations is issued.

The Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan through Project Director, Project Implementation Unit, Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project, Ministry of Energy (Power Division), (the Purchaser) hereby requests you to submit price quotation(s) for the supply of 2ND TIER ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP-SAP BUSINESS) FOR IAA (PPIB).

The Vendor / Supplier / Bidders hereby invites sealed Quotations, from eligible manufacturers/producer or their authorized dealers, registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments, as per the specifications and terms & conditions, provided in the Request for Quotation Document which can be downloaded from website https://www.power.gov.pk. This Notice is also available on the websites https://www.ppib.gov.pk

Procurement will be conducted through the World Bank’s Procurement Method i.e. Request for Quotations, as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations” means the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020”.

A pre-bid meeting is schedule on 14th March 2025 at PPIB Office, Islamabad (at the address below) at 11:00 AM.

The quotations must be delivered at the address below on or before 28th March 2025 by 11:00 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Electronic submission is not permitted.
