REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is implementation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project (KP-IAIP) with financial assistance from the World Bank under IDA Credit No: 6456/PK aiming to enhance the productivity of irrigated agriculture in the province. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project now invites quotations from eligible “Offerors, reputed firms, authorized dealers”, duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax, for supply of below mentioned LOTs:

The Request for Quotation offer and enclosed documents must be submitted to the Project Director, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project, Directorate General On-Farm Water Management, 19 Jamrud Road, opposite Islamia College Peshawar, not later than : 28th March, 2025 – 11:00 hrs and shall be opened on the same date/day at 11:30 hrs in the committee room of Directorate General On Farm Water Management, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present.

Terms & Conditions/Criteria

1. Submit only one quotation, either individually, or as a partner in a joint venture for all the Lots/Single Lot or multiple lots mentioned in the schedule of requirements in RFQ document.

2. Must be authorized distributor/dealer/partner of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the quoted item/brand. Should submit a valid verifiable authorization document.

3. The supplier/firm should have Ten Years of experience in supply of I.T Equipment’s.

4. Have valid Tax Status, taxes will be deducted according to prevailing and applicable rates.

5. Must provide Manufacturer Warranty for ONE Year & Free of cost repair during the warranty period mentioned in the official letter head of the firm.

6. The bidder shall also provide on a duly attested judicial/stamp paper an affidavit that the dealer/supplier has never been blacklisted by any Provincial Government/Federal Government/Sem-Government Organization, Agency or Autonomous body or Private Sector anywhere in Pakistan and that no litigation is under way against them.

7. Conditional Quotations will not be accepted, and the quotations/bids must be submitted according to the RFQ (Request for Quotations)

8. The rates must be quoted in Pak Rupees and the validity of rates should not be less than 60 days from the date of quotation opening.

9. Quantities can be increased/decreased at the time of supply order.

10. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the submitted quotations as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
