FOR PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR DIGITAL MONITORING OF E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM IN PUNJAB

Public Financial Management Unit (PFMU) Finance Department invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for Procurement of Equipment for Digital Monitoring of e-Procurement System in Punjab

Terms & Conditions:

• The Procurement Process will be governed by World Bank Procurement Regulations/Guidelines.
• The RFQ document will be immediately available on after publishing this advertisement.
• Quotations must be submitted within the stipulated date and time mentioned above and must be accompanied by “Bid Security” equal to Rs. 300,000/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft in favor of “Head PFMU, Finance Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore”.
• Quotations will be evaluated on Total Basis. However, bidders must quote the price of each item on a unit basis.
• The bidders are required to submit a quotation on the “Single Stage One Envelope” procedures defined in World Bank Procurement Regulations/Guidelines.
• All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates notified by the respective department/authority.
• Quotation without supporting documents, undertaking, valid documentary evidence, or quotation submitted not conforming to terms and conditions given in the RFQ document will be liable for rejection.
• No supporting document will be accepted after the last submission date and time.
• Quotations received after due time and date shall be summarily rejected.
