• The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for civil (rehabilitation) works: PACKAGE – 01 TO PACKAGE-09.

• The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for multiple Bids for the rehabilitation works of DPDs, RPDCs and DEO Offices in district Bannu, North Waziristan, Charsada, Mardan, Swabi, Nowshera, Peshawar, Malakand, Swat, Lower Dir, Chitral, Kohat, Karak, Khyber, Abbottabad, Mansehra and Haripur. The time duration of each contract is 07 months.

• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” March 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Project Director, KP-Human Capital Investment Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday at the address given below.

• The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 4, 000/-for each Package. The method of payment will be cash payment the document can be obtained from the office of Human Capital Investment Project at address given below.

• Bids must be delivered to the address below as per the schedule mentioned in the table below. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below as per the schedule mentioned in the table below.

• The Bid Security of any bidder found to be providing fake documentation may be forfeited.

• A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 21th October 2024 at 11:00 AM in the office of HCIP at the address given below.

• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
