The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 7384-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Simulation Equipment for hands on training for well women clinics.

The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Simulation Equipment for hands on training for well women clinics.

Bidding will be conducted through national open competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PMU Office PFPP, Directorate IRMNCH & Nutrition Program, 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore and inspect the Bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours and before the deadline of bid submission.

The Bidding document in English may be obtained from the office of undersigned during office hours before the deadline of bid submission or can be download from the website (https://pshealthpunjab.gov.pk/). Any consultant/firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to disqualification and/or legal action.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of estimated cost, Original with technical bid and Copy with Financial Bid.

Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled on 30th October, 2024 at PST 1500 hours in the office of the undersigned.

Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the bidders by hand or through courier on [Friday 06th December, 2024 till PST 1500 hours] positively in the office of the undersigned. The bids received till stipulated dated and time shall be opened on the same day at PST 1500 hours in the presence of the bidders on their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will be rejected.
