REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SELECTION OF INDIVIDUAL CONS |
| The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing amounting to US$ 213 million from the World Bank for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP). It is intended that a portion of these funds will be allocated to cover eligible expenses for hiring specialists. These specialists are crucial for the successful execution of IFRAP, especially for Component III: Resilient Housing Reconstruction and Restoration. The individual Consultant will collaborate with the Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) for Housing & Restructure Unit (HRU) based in Quetta and will work across all 33 districts of Balochistan. |

i) Master’s degree in Rural Development, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Project Management, Business Administration Management or related degree in Social/Management Sciences, ii) Minimum ten years of professional experience at the national/provincial level Demonstrated experience in community-based infrastructure project management. iii)Familiarity with project management will be required, procurement management and working with international lending institutions. |
