REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation is in receipt of a credit through EAD, Government of Pakistan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) / Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the counterpart share of funds from GOS for the Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to make eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment & upgrade Multimedia & Communication facilities KWSSIP PIU.

The acquisition of IT Equipment outlined in the FOQ attached as Annexure “A” is for the PIU of KWSSIP, for each item to be supplied, the pricing structure has been shown in the attached FOQ which the Manufacturer /Vendor /Supplier (hereinafter called the “Offeror”) shall offer to supply at the PIU of KWSSIP on his offered price, subject to the terms & conditions in this request for quotation.

PIU now invites Quotations from reputed Offerors on prescribed format (Form of Quotation”) to execute the Procurement of Office Equipment & upgrade Multimedia & Communication facilities KWSSIP PIU.
