Inclusive Business Development Park (IBDP) is a joint initiative of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Company (KPEZDMC) and Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC), financed by the World Bank. KPEZDMC has a unique concept of developing business parks entrepreneurs at Peshawar which will be replicated at other feasible locations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Project Management Team KPEC, Sustainable Development Unit, Planning & Development Department invites qualified staff to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual must provide a detailed, dated and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments, as well as references for possible checks along with a covering letter.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [revised November 2017 and August 2018] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Individuals will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Paragraphs 7.36 & 7.37 of “World Bank: Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services” (July 2016) revised November 2017 & August 2018.
