The Government of Pakistan has received a credit from the IBRD (World Bank) for the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) intends to support a contract which may be awarded as per criteria mentioned in Request for Quotation documents. The PIU-EDEIP invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for the " Procurement of critical IT infrastructure for NE-Plan PIU”. Purchase Order will be awarded to lowest evaluated bidder. Details with Specifications against following procurements are available in Request for Quotation documents.

• Procurement shall be done in accordance with the “Request for Quotation (RFQ)” method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank for IPF Borrower July 2016 Revised November 2017, July 2018 & November 2020.
• Bidders may submit their quotations separately. Partial bid is not allowed. Purchase order will be evaluated to the lowest evaluated bidder.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) or by emailing at pcsedeip@gmail.com during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours. Request for Quotation (RFQ) document can also be obtained directly from the address given below or by sending an email at pcsedeip@gmail.com.
• Quotation must be delivered to the office on or before December 29, 2023 by 1400 hours.
