HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project

IDA Credit No. 7041-PK

Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Hiring the Services of Individual Consultants.

Under this programme, PIU-PULSE invites experienced candidates having relevant experience /qualification from recognized institutions to indicate their interest in providing the consultancy services in below fields . Interested candidates should provide information indicating that they are qualified as per below criteria:

The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest (hard form) with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees/certificates/experience certificates, and CNIC by 11th August, 2023 till 11:00 AM at address mentioned below.
