The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan represented by Government of Baluchistan has received financing from the World Bank toward cost of the Baluchistan Livelihood and
Entrepreneurship Project (BLEP), Planning and Development Department, Government of Baluchistan, and intends to apply part of proceeds toward payments under the Contract for Procurement of IT /
Office Equipment and Accessories
The Head of Project - BLEP now invites formal sealed quotations from dealers / suppliers for supply of IT / Office Equipment and Accessories.
Procurement will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers
for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018” and is open to all interested dealers / suppliers as defined in the Procurement
Regulations.
The successful dealers / suppliers shall possess the following qualifications:
Firm / company must be registered in FBR (Income tax & Sales tax) as an active filer.
Firm / company must have at least 10 years of experience of supplying installation and commissioning of relevant goods / items in various private or government organizations.
(Documentary evidence must be required e.g. copies of contract / letter of award / work order / purchase order/ supply orders / completion certificates or reference letter from the clients /
purchasers).
Firm / company must have conducted at least three (03) supplies / installation of similar items.

purchasers).
Firm must have combined annual turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000.00 for last five (05) years.

purchasers).
Goods / items of best quality (genuine) shall be supplied strictly in accordance with the required technical specifications.
The Quotation Documents along with terms & conditions, qualification criteria, detailed technical specifications and quantities can be obtained free of cost from the Office of PMIU-BLEP
(mentioned below) or through email “khurram.sheheryar@blepgob.org.pk” by applying through formal application.
Dealer / Supplier are encouraged to quote for all lots but must quote for at least one complete lot. Quotations for less than one complete lot shall not be acceptable and shall be rejected.
All goods / items must have at least one (01) year standard warranty.
Quantity can be increased/decreased by 15% of Contract amount.
Sealed quotations with detailed firm / company’s profile along with all required documents must be submitted to the Head of Project, Balochistan Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Project
(BLEP) on the address mentioned below on or before May 31st, 2023 at 11:00 AM through registered postal / courier service or by hand.
Electronic submission will not be permitted. Late quotations after 11:00 AM on May 31st, 2023 shall not be accepted.
Quotations will be publicly opened in the presence of dealers / suppliers designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11:00 AM on May 31st,
2023.
Terms & Conditions:
The received quotations will be evaluated as per ‘RFQ’ method in accordance to the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 available on www.worldbank.org.
All the dealers / suppliers must quote for at least one (01) complete lot, in case of failure the quotations shall not be accepted. The price evaluation will be done on the basis of the
total quoted price of each lot.
Dealer / Supplier are encouraged to quote for all lots but must quote for at least one complete lot. Quotations for less than one complete lot shall not be acceptable and shall be rejected.
Quotations should be clearly marked with the reference number mentioned above, the title of Activity, name of dealer / supplier and the name of the Procuring Agency.
The quotations must be valid for at least 45 days from the submission date
Quoted price must be inclusive of all applicable taxes/duties and transportation charges etc.
Any quotation received after closing time shall not be considered.
Quoted amount shall be in Pak Rupees (PKR).
