         The contracting authority wants to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that must comply with our requirements for the delivery and assembly of furniture and fittings for new buildings, projects, investments, etc. The system only applies to the activities that are located in the Buskerud and Akershus geographic areas. The activities that are located in the Østfold region shall only procure furniture against a framework agreement.

         The system includes the delivery and assembly of furniture and fittings for offices, meeting rooms, schools, canteens, waiting rooms, receptions as well as other for other product groups/categories that are typically include in the furniture sellers" assortment.

         The dynamic purchase system shall apply to procurements above NOK 100 000 excluding VAT. Procurements with a value lower NOK 100 000, excluding VAT shall be included in the framework agreement.
