II.1.4)Short description:

Ålesund municipal Property department [ÅKE] shall on behalf of Ålesund municipality review and execute the demolition/renovation/new building works for Emblem school. The project is planned to be executed in 2 construction stages that in total shall be dimensioned for 2 parallel years for the 1^st-7^th year, for a total of 420 students.

ÅKE wishes to invite potential suppliers (contractors, architects, consulting engineers, etc.) to a dialogue conference for input to the the future contract for engineering design and construction of Emblem school.

The participants will subsequently be invited to submit input to the pending competition with possibilities for participation in one-on-one meetings with the builder.

Date and time of the dialogue conference: 18.11.2019 (10.00-14.00).

Address: The Library hall in the low-rise block, room 364 (The town hall, Ålesund).

Registration for participation must be sent by email to: jon.kjetil.gram@wsp.com, by 13.11.2019 at the latest, marked ‘Påmelding dialogkonferanse — Emblem skole’.
