The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is procuring on behalf of the transport industry.

This procurement is for a continuation of an existing contract for the National Travel Habit Survey (nRVU).

The aim of the procurement is to extend the current contract by 7 months, so that we get continuity in the data collection, and so that the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, together with the market, can facilitate a new procurement in 2024. The current provider is the only provider that can technically solve a continuation of the delivery without interruption and provide the service for the coming period.

The contract that will be signed is time limited until 30.06.24.

Based on the above, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration is thus announcing a procurement without a contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations, cf. § 13-4 letter b.
