        The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 August 2016, no. 974 (PPR), sections I and III.

        A contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure.

        The assignment consists of cleaning Bufetat"s premises at addresses in the southern region. The southern region is split into Agder, Telemark, and Vestfold Counties, and parts of Viken.

        Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of individual counties. Please see the annex/frequency lists for assignment locations, m2, and the frequency of cleaning. The contract period is planned to be a continuing contract for four years, but with a mutual notice period of 3 months.
