UDI (the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) shall enter into framework agreements for emergency accommodation services that can be established quickly due to many and/or large arrivals. UDI therefore wishes to inform the market about the pending procurement and receive input from relevant tenderers. See the attached document.

UDI (the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) is planning an invitation to tender for framework agreements regarding emergency accommodation places. The agreement period is up to 5 years. Publication of framework agreements will be made nationally. The framework agreements must upon call-offs cover a need for 20,000 places. 

UDI (the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration) shall enter into framework agreements providers all over Norway. The providers may be private, municipal or non-profit organisations.
