The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust [Sykehusinnkjøp HF], on behalf of the Head and Neck Clinic at Bergen Hospital Trust [Helse Bergen HF], intends to procure audiometers, tympanometers and REM for the hearing centre in the Glass Blocks and the Ear, Nose and Throat department in the Central Block at Haukeland University Hospital.
In connection with market research and to ensure that our competition documents in the upcoming procurement process result in us receiving tenders that, as far as possible, fulfil Helse Bergen"s needs, we would like to hold dialogue meetings where suppliers can present their equipment.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust [Sykehusinnkjøp HF], on behalf of the Head and Neck Clinic at Bergen Hospital Trust [Helse Bergen HF], intends to procure audiometers, tympanometers and REM for the hearing centre in the Glass Blocks and the Ear, Nose and Throat department in the Central Block at Haukeland University Hospital.
This is a procurement project in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Part III.
In connection with market research and to ensure that our competition documents in the upcoming procurement process result in us receiving tenders that, as far as possible, fulfil Helse Bergen"s needs, we would like to hold dialogue meetings where suppliers can present their equipment.
LOCATION: Sykehusinninnkjøp HF, Inger Bang Lunds vei 4, 5059 Bergen
DATE: 29 March 2023.
Tenderers are asked to register via the Mercell communication module and will then be assigned a time slot. 1.5 hours will be put aside for each stakeholder.
The deadline for registration is 22 March at 12:00.
