         The contractor must expect periods with no contractual activities/assignments/work

         Separate ordering will be carried out for each project and a separate contract will be written specifying commencement. The offered unit prices will be used in each project.

         Minor and natural related works will be merged into one order. An individual contract will be set up for each order.

         The builder has the option to extend the contract for one year at a time, for two years.
